Rhys and his team recently finished a renovation project on our 1880's stone built cottage.
The project was managed very efficiently from start to finish with excellent transparency and communication. Our budget was limited and Rhys was mindful of this making sure there was no nasty surprises. The project was completed within the suggested timeframe.
Despite the quirky and somewhat wonky nature of the house care was taken to preserve the structure and enhance the features whilst still managing to achieve the objective of making the house work better for our young family.
Rhys has carefully selected his team and they are all excellent workers, friendly and polite. The workplace was always left clean and tidy at the end of every day and waste was removed as they went along meaning there was never any unsightly build up for the neighbours.

I was fortunate to be recommended this company to take on my renovation project and am extremely happy with the outcome. My flat was completely dilapidated and now looks amazing!
The quality of work was excellent, well managed and the job was kept on track with the various trades coming in as needed. I particularly appreciated the level of communication throughout the project, and the way that my concerns and requests were always met with a 'can do' attitude. The tradesmen were friendly, respectful and tidy, and the quality of workmanship was outstanding, with excellent attention to detail. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business, they went above and beyond to help me achieve the finish I wanted. What an incredible team at Cattell Construction.  From the start to the finish of our renovation we had incredible attention to detail, first class craftsmanship, innovation, workmanship, on time and within budget.  This was a five star experience for us with Rhys and his team.  An absolute pleasure to work with and incredible communication throughout.
